We are interested in a pool and/or pond. What should we do now?

Give us a call and we will roll the red carpet out. You don’t have to know for sure what you want... just that you are interested is enough. We will visit you, do a site survey, and give you the information you need.

What should we have ready for your designer’s visit?

You should know where your property lines are. There is usually a plan map in your home papers, which is a good start. It shows your lot in your neighborhood and its dimensions along with the property description. Other than that, we will just want all the information we can get regarding how you plan to use your pool. Family, relatives, large yard parties, lots of kids, etc.

How long will take to complete our pool?

The pools themselves can be installed within 2-6 weeks. The timing for the concrete and Landscape around your pool depends on the complexity and weather during construction.

Do I need a building permit? How do I get one?

Yes, you do need a building permit to install a pool. We take care of that. We will still provide you with what you need to take to your building jurisdiction.

Will I need fencing? How big does my yard have to be to have a pool?

Rules for swimming pools vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In all jurisdictions, pools without covers need full fencing.
